They provided a great service and product. Are very professional and knowledgeable.

We scheduled an appointment with Custom Bath And Shower through meeting a representative at our local home show. Tony came to the house and showed us the product and we were very impressed compared to other vendors. Following our shower install, we have been impressed with the quality and beauty of what was installed. Every day, my husband and I say to each other, “ Did I tell you how much I love that shower?” It was a great experience from picking out the product , install and the customer service !

Custom Bath & Shower replaced my 40-year-old shower with a beautiful Onyx walk-in shower. Sean and Austin were very professional, friendly and diligent in doing the job. We are highly satisfied with their work and the beauty of the shower.

In February of 2026, our second bath tub was replaced with a new custom shower by Custom Bath and Shower. We are just as pleased with the second new shower as the first one replaced less than a year ago by Tony, the same installer. The bathroom receiving the new shower is smaller and so we choose a barn-door design which fit seamlessly without any structural changes. As with the previous bathroom project, all the existing tile walls, backer boards, shower hardware and steel tub were removed and replaced. The new shower features two thick glass doors, one is fixed; 3 solid grab bars anchored into wall studs. Included are two fixtures for storing shower products and a solid bench for sitting when needed. The shower walls are completely covered from floor to the

room ceiling with thick ONYX Sheet without any grout lines. From our experience, the walls are much easier to clean and maintain when compared to

the previous tile walls with grout lines around the bathtubs.

The entire structure feels as solid as our former tiled walls. Like a vault. This was something we expected and wanted. The bathroom was transformed in a day by the experienced crew as the installation took about 7 – 8 hours. All walk areas within the house to the shower project were covered to protect the floor.

The completion of the installation was followed by a thorough clean-up. We

were advised to wait 24 hours before using the shower.

Tony and his helper did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up. We are completely satisfied and couldn’t ask for more. As like the previous shower installation, we recommend the installers and the product, giving both a 5 Stars Ratinng.

Sincerely,

Dottie and John Reichert

We had our shower replaced. It is now larger and so much easier to use and. maintain. The surface of the floor is so comfortable and slip resistant. It is a beautiful upgrade to our bathroom and they did a great job and cleaned up the area when. They were done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dan & Austin were professional & very efficient, friendly and even put up with Wilson, our Border Collie/ Pitbull dog. They took time to explain what we had questions on and they were very knowledgeable.

Very professional and courteous. Their wisdom in dealing with potential problems was second to none as this is an old house from the 70’s and nothing is plumb or up to code in today’s world.

Percy & Johnny were very professional and very nice. They treated us with respect and kept us informed of their progress. I was very pleased with how quickly they completed the job. Well done guys!

The team (Kevin, Arden & Jeffrey) were on time, very professional, and courteous & they did a very good job.

Mike, who originally sold us our shower, was great. Really enjoyed him!

The gentlemen who installed our shower were great. They were kind, pleasant, and met all of our needs (that’s our only bathroom). They even made friends with our big dog who liked to watch them work. They went about their work in a totally professional manner and were so pleasant. We are really going to miss them.

We were VERY satisfied with all of the people who were involved. We have an amazing shower!

Great team! Arrived when they said and worked hard all day. These people know what they are doing! Great job and looks great. I would highly recommend this company and this team!

The installation team of Percy & Johnny were very nice and hard working. If I had questions, they explained every detail. I liked the way they cleaned up as they worked. Great teamwork.

My experience with the sales rep and corporate was stellar. The installation team did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way. I look forward to the seals drying so I can use the spa tub tomorrow evening.

Percy & Johnny our installers did a tremendous job installing our spa tub and putting the bathroom back together. They worked a long day and they’re extremely honest… We left them alone in our home for numerous hours while we were doing other stuff. Anyone having work done on their house would be happy to have them working for them.

I’m very happy with the whole experience. Everyone with the company has made it a point to keep me up to date on the whole process. You don’t get this type of treatment from most companies anymore.

Installation went well and they put down drop cloths. Real neat removing old bathroom materials. They always kept the walkway clean and were always ready to answer any question. Clean-up went well. Great job and well done.

The installers did a beautiful job on our spa tub. We were also very impressed with the quality of the spa tub.

Our shower install was April 12, 2022. James and his crew arrived early am and finished by 5pm. We are very pleased. The crew was very professional and it was a very pleasant experience. I had a couple of concerns but James answered my questions and everything went very smooth.

The installers were great, friendly and hard working. They did above and beyond work and they worked so hard. If I could recommend them I would. A+++
