Better Than Acrylic, Easier Than Tile

The US market buys a lot of acrylic because it is cheap and fast, but they prefer solid surface (“human-made stone”) because it feels premium.

If you are positioning a product like Onyx, you are hitting a very specific “sweet spot” in the American market right now. Homeowners are currently moving away from Tile (because they hate cleaning grout) but they still dislike Acrylic (because it feels “cheap” and “hollow”).

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The professional installers, Auston & Shane, sent by Custom Bath and Shower did a great job replacing my old tile shower with a beautiful Onyx stone walk-in shower. They made sure the add-ons ( seat, shelf, grab bars and inset shampoo shelf ) were placed where I wanted them. Austin went the extra mile in searching the local stores to find my preferred color fixtures. I would highly recommend this company and these installers for bath/shower renovation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional and did a superb job! They did the job under 10 hours and this included a vanity top. Did an excellent job explaining everything. The faucets didn't shift like the job a previous plumber had completed. I would highly recommend Jerry and his team.
