2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are homeowners or authorized to make decisions about the property in question. By submitting a quote request, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing Information

Pricing information displayed on the Site, including published price points, cost guides, calculators, and example project costs, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or final contract price.

All prices are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both you and the Company.
Final pricing depends on an in-person evaluation of your home, including the condition of existing plumbing, walls, subfloor, and fixtures, product selections, and the scope of work.
Estimates generated through online tools, forms, or AI-assisted features rely on the information you provide and on third-party property data, and may not reflect actual site conditions.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site at any time.

Nothing on the Site creates a contract for remodeling services. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

4. Service Areas

Our services are available only in select territories. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that we serve your area. If your ZIP code is outside our current service territories, we may not be able to fulfill your request, or we may contact you if service becomes available.

5. Communications and SMS Consent

By submitting your contact information through the Site or at one of our events or kiosks, you consent to be contacted by the Company and its representatives by phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Your Submissions

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
